1. Acceptance of Terms

By using FossilWorks.work, you agree to these terms. We provide project logs and guides for educational and entertainment purposes as we document our transition after retirement.

2. No Professional Advice (Safety Disclaimer)

Important: We are not licensed architects, engineers, or financial advisors. The project plans, math, and builds shared here are a log of our specific experience. If you choose to replicate any build or project, you do so at your own risk. Always consult with local professionals and follow your local building codes.

3. Membership & Digital Delivery

FossilWorks offers digital memberships via Substack. Upon successful payment, premium content and project plans are delivered instantly via the Substack Members Area and Field Notes email updates. No physical products are shipped.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your recurring Substack subscription at any time via your Substack account settings. Cancellation will stop future billings, but you will retain access to premium content until the end of your current billing period.

5. Intellectual Property

The content, photos, and unique "blueprints" shared on FossilWorks are owned by us. You may use our ideas for personal projects, but you may not republish our content or sell our plans without written permission.

6. Monetization

To support our physical builds, we use AdSense and affiliate links. We are transparent about our monetization because it allows us to continue documenting this journey for the community.
