2. No Professional Advice (Safety Disclaimer)

Important: We are not licensed architects, engineers, or financial advisors. The project plans, math, and builds shared here are a log of our specific experience. If you choose to replicate any build or project, you do so at your own risk. Always consult with local professionals and follow your local building codes.

3. Intellectual Property

The content, photos, and unique "blueprints" shared on FossilWorks are owned by us. You are welcome to use our ideas for your personal projects, but you may not republish our content or sell our plans without written permission.

4. Monetization & Affiliates

To support our physical builds, we use Google AdSense and affiliate links. We only recommend tools we actually use. We are transparent about our monetization because it allows us to keep the documentation free for everyone.

5. Community Standards

We reserve the right to remove access or comments that are disrespectful or harmful to our community of retirees and builders.
