When will I receive my plans?
Access is instant. Once your payment is processed by Substack, you will receive an email with your Field Notes and immediate access to the "Members Only" archive on our Substack page.
What is your refund policy?
Because our plans and guides are digital media delivered via instant access, we generally do not issue refunds once the content has been accessed. However, if you have technical trouble opening a file or feel the product was misrepresented, please email us. We are retirees building a community, and we will always act fairly to make it right.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Substack account settings. We do not have direct access to your credit card information; all billing is securely handled by Substack/Stripe.
Technical Issues
If you haven't received your welcome email, please check your "Promotions" or "Spam" folders. If it's still missing, email us with your signup name and we will manually verify your access.
